Vampire Facial & Facelift in Boca Raton

Your own platelets, drawn and concentrated here, then microneedled or injected back into the skin to stimulate collagen. The Vampire Facial is plasma alone. The Vampire Facelift adds dermal filler where structure has been lost. No surgery, no synthetic chemicals in the plasma itself, little or no recovery time.

Ask about PRP for skin

Takes about 30 seconds. We call you back within one business day.

No obligation. We never share your information.

The appointment, start to finish

A blood draw, a centrifuge, and your own plasma back where you need it.

Vampire procedures are platelet-rich plasma therapy — they take advantage of your body's own healing response rather than introducing anything foreign. A small quantity of blood is drawn and processed to separate and concentrate the platelets into a solution, and that solution is then injected or microneedled into the skin. It stimulates collagen, improves circulation and enhances tone. If you want the underlying biology first, start at ourPRP and regenerative medicine hub.

01

Consultation

You sit down with your provider and go through what actually bothers you about your skin — lines, texture, scarring, tone, firmness — plus your skin history and anything you have had done before.

02

Blood draw

A small sample, taken here in the office. No different from a routine lab draw, and you stay in the chair while it is processed.

03

Platelet separation

The sample is spun in a centrifuge to separate your platelets from the rest of the blood. This is the step that turns blood into platelet-rich plasma and concentrates the growth factors.

04

Application

Your plasma is applied to the targeted areas by microneedling or by direct injection — the route depends on the problem, and we explain which one we are using and why before we start.

Then the slow part, which is the part that matters. Your skin regenerates naturally over the following weeks, and improvement in glow, firmness and the appearance of wrinkles builds over that window rather than showing up the same afternoon.

Two procedures, one preparation

Same plasma. Different destination.

The blood draw and the centrifuge are identical every time. What changes is where the plasma goes, how it is delivered, and whether anything is placed alongside it. We will tell you which one fits what you want changed.

Facial

Vampire Facial

Platelet-rich plasma alone, spread across the face while microneedling opens thousands of temporary channels in the surface. The plasma absorbs far deeper than it would on its own, and the needling itself provokes a collagen response.

  • Fine lines, wrinkles and dull tone
  • Uneven texture and acne scarring
  • No surgery, no synthetic filler involved
Facelift

Vampire Facelift

Plasma plus dermal filler. Platelets rebuild collagen over time; filler restores structure that has already gone. Together they lift and refill without a scalpel — but they are doing two different jobs, and we will tell you if you only need one of them.

  • Volume loss around the cheeks and midface
  • Firmness and skin quality at the same visit
  • Non-surgical, with no general anesthesia

What the platelets are asked to do

Build the collagen back rather than cover the surface.

Topicals work on the outside of the skin. Platelet-rich plasma is put underneath it, where the collagen and elastin are actually made, and asks the tissue to rebuild. That is a slower mechanism and a more durable one.

Collagen

Collagen and elastin generation

Concentrated growth factors encourage your own collagen and elastin production, which is what softens fine lines, wrinkles and acne scars over the weeks after treatment. Nothing is filling the line from outside — the skin is remaking itself.

Tone

Tone, texture and firmness

PRP improves circulation in the treated tissue and enhances skin tone, texture and firmness. Patients tend to describe the early change as looking less tired before they can point to a specific line that has gone.

Nothing added

Your platelets, no chemicals or toxins

The active ingredient comes out of your own arm. That is why it is minimally invasive, why recovery is little or none, and why it is safe across all skin types and tones — there is nothing foreign for the skin to react to.

Everything here is done at one office on Beracasa Way by your provider, physician-supervised, with Dr. Stratt consulting on the case. Patients drive in from Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach for it.

Being straight with you

Who this suits, and what we say before you book.

PRP asks your body to do the repair, so it needs something to work with and it needs time. That makes it a genuinely good option for some skin complaints and the wrong one for others.

PRP for skin suits
  • Adults looking for a natural anti-aging option
  • People with acne scarring, uneven tone or lackluster skin
  • Patients who want a non-surgical, chemical-free method
  • Anyone wanting to stimulate their own collagen
  • All skin types and tones — including tones that rule out some resurfacing
  • People who want gradual change rather than an obvious one
What we say out loud first
  • It builds over several weeks — nobody walks out transformed
  • It is usually a series, and maintenance is normally part of it
  • Results vary, and no honest clinic will promise you a specific outcome
  • Plasma does not replace lost volume; that is what filler is for
  • Significant sag is a surgical question, not a PRP one
  • Blood or platelet disorders and active skin infection rule it out

Who you'll see

Two providers. One office. Since 2014.

Aesthetic PRP here is done by a clinician, in a medical practice, under sterile technique — in a medical office, not a spa. You will know which provider you are seeing before you arrive. LifeBoost is self-pay, so no insurer decides how long your appointment is.

Before you call

What patients ask about vampire procedures.

What is the difference between a Vampire Facial and a Vampire Facelift?

The Vampire Facial is platelet-rich plasma on its own, microneedled or injected into the skin to work on tone, texture and fine lines. The Vampire Facelift adds dermal filler alongside the plasma, because plasma builds collagen but does not replace volume that has been lost. If your concern is skin quality, the facial is usually the answer. If the shape of the face has changed, filler is doing work the plasma cannot. We will tell you which one your face actually needs.

How long does it take, and is there downtime?

Plan on about an hour in the office, including the blood draw and the time the sample spends in the centrifuge. The procedure is minimally invasive with little or no recovery time. Expect the treated skin to look flushed and feel tight or sensitive for a day or two, similar to a mild sunburn. Most patients go back to normal activity the same day and back to makeup the next.

When will I actually see a difference?

This is a build, not a reveal. Your skin regenerates naturally after treatment, and improvement in glow, firmness and the look of fine lines shows up over the next several weeks. That is the honest timeline, and it is why we usually recommend a series rather than one visit. We photograph you at the start so you are comparing against something real rather than a memory.

Does it work on darker skin tones?

Yes. Platelet-rich plasma is safe for all skin types and tones, which is one of its real advantages over treatments that carry a pigment risk. Nothing is bleached, burned or lightened — the plasma comes from your own blood and contains no chemicals or toxins, so there is no ingredient your skin can react to as foreign.

What does it cost, and do you bill insurance?

LifeBoost is a self-pay practice and aesthetic PRP is not billed to insurance. You get the plan and the price in writing before anything starts — how many sessions we are recommending, which areas, and whether filler is part of it. We would rather quote you accurately than advertise a number that changes once you are in the chair.
