Boca Raton · Injectables by a certified PA

Aesthetics and injectables in Boca Raton, done conservatively.

Botox, dermal fillers and lip filler, placed by Gabrielle Janney, PA-C. The aim is that nobody can tell you had anything done — only that you look rested. One injector, a physician-led practice, and your price in writing before anything is opened.

No obligation. We never share your information.

How an injectable appointment runs here

We would rather see you twice than do too much once.

Almost all of the regret in this category comes from one overenthusiastic appointment. We do the opposite: treat conservatively, then look at the result together before adding anything.

01

Consultation

Gabi looks at your face still and moving, and you talk through what actually bothers you. If an injectable isn't the right tool, she'll say so.

02

A plan and a price

Which product, which areas, what it costs — in writing, before anything is opened. No packages bought in advance of being assessed.

03

Treatment, same visit if you want

Most appointments run 30–45 minutes including the consultation, with numbing cream or ice where it helps. Mild swelling or bruising can happen and settles quickly.

04

Follow-up

We reassess before adding. Filler patients typically return once or twice a year to maintain the result rather than rebuild it.

What we offer

Start with the problem, not the product

Which treatment is actually yours?

Most people arrive asking for a product they saw online. It's more useful to start from what you notice in the mirror — that changes the recommendation.

The line only shows when you move

The line or hollow is there at rest

It's skin quality, not volume

Products and safety

What we use, and who it suits.

FDA-approved filler products from established manufacturers, sourced through pharmacies that meet standard safety and sterility requirements. Injectables are elective and aren't for everyone: pregnancy, a history of reaction to the products, some medical conditions and some medications all change the picture. That is what the consultation is for.

This page is for general information and is not medical advice. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is determined after evaluation and, where indicated, laboratory testing.

Before you book

Questions we get about injectables.

Who actually does the injecting?

Gabrielle Janney, PA-C. She is a nationally certified physician assistant focused on wellness and aesthetics, and she places the Botox, dermal filler and lip filler herself. LifeBoost is a physician-led practice — Bruce J. Stratt, MD is the medical director and has run this office since 2014.

What is the difference between Botox and filler?

Botox relaxes the muscles that fold the skin, so it treats lines that appear when you move. Filler replaces lost volume, so it treats hollows and creases that are there when your face is still. Plenty of patients use both, in different areas.

How long do results last?

It depends on the product. Hyaluronic acid fillers, including lip filler, typically last six to twelve months. Sculptra builds collagen gradually and can last up to two years. Botox is temporary and wears off over a few months. Most filler patients settle into one or two maintenance visits a year.

How do I avoid looking overfilled?

By doing less at the first appointment. We treat conservatively, bring you back to look at the result, and add only if it is needed. Hyaluronic acid filler is also reversible — it can be dissolved with an enzyme called hyaluronidase, which works quickly.

What does it cost, and do you take insurance?

LifeBoost is a self-pay practice, and cosmetic injectables are not a covered insurance benefit. You get your price in writing at your consultation, before anything is opened or injected — so you are not deciding on cost with a syringe already in the room.
