Getting here

Finding the office.

Beracasa Way is in Boca Raton, 33433. Patients drive in from Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach — it is a straightforward trip from all three, and the suite number matters more than the route.

From the north

Delray Beach & Boynton Beach

Head south into Boca Raton — I-95 and Federal Highway both run the length of it, so take whichever you normally would. Put 7035 Beracasa Way, Boca Raton into your map app rather than the practice name; the address is exact and the pin lands on the building.

From the south

Deerfield Beach & north Broward

Head north into Boca Raton on I-95 or Federal Highway. Allow a little extra time in the winter months — the drive up from the county line takes noticeably longer at 8am and 5pm than it does mid-morning.

When you arrive

Suite 102

Look for Suite 102. If you can't work out which door is ours, call (561) 922-9967 from outside and someone will point you in — it is quicker than circling.

Everything hands-on happens at this address: the consultation, your blood draw, injections and in-office procedures.

From the first call to a plan

What to expect on a first visit.

Here is what happens, from the first call to a treatment plan. It works the same way whether you are here about hormones, weight, PRP or an aesthetic treatment.

01

Your call, or the form

We ask what's going on and roughly how long it's been going on for, then book you in. Two or three minutes. Nothing about the treatment is decided on that call.

02

The consultation

In person, at the office. Symptoms, medical history, medications and how you actually live. Bring your medication and supplement list and any labs you've had done elsewhere. You leave knowing which tests you need, and which you can skip.

03

Bloodwork

A blood panel chosen for your symptoms, drawn here in the office. Then we wait for the results to come back.

04

Your results

Your provider goes through the numbers with you — some of these reviews happen at the office, some over the phone — not a PDF emailed to you to interpret alone. Dr. Stratt consults on the case and on what gets prescribed. Your price is put in writing before you decide anything, and treatment starts only if it is indicated.

Before you call

What the phone can settle — and what it can't.

Some questions we can answer on the phone today. Others need a visit and labs first.

One call is enough for
  • Booking, rescheduling or cancelling an appointment
  • Whether we treat the thing you're calling about at all
  • What to bring, how long a visit takes, and what time of day to come in
  • How the results review works and who you'll be speaking with
  • That we're self-pay, and what that means for you
  • Which of our services applies to the symptom you described
Needs a visit, and usually labs
  • A prescription, or a change to a dose you're already on
  • Whether hormone therapy or weight-loss medication is indicated for you
  • A price for treatment — put in writing at your results visit, once we know what you need
  • Reading through lab work you've had done somewhere else
  • Anything urgent or acute — that belongs with your primary care physician or an emergency room, not with us

Where to start

Read up first, if you'd rather.

Plenty of patients call already knowing what they want to ask about. If you're not sure yet, these pages explain what each treatment involves.

Practical questions

Asked on the phone most days.

Do I need an appointment, or can I walk in?

Call first. The office runs Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm, and consultations are scheduled so you get a full appointment rather than whatever is left between patients. If you ring outside those hours, leave a message — we return calls the next business day.

How quickly will someone get back to me if I use the form?

Within one business day. If you send it over a weekend, expect a call Monday. If you would rather not wait, call the office directly at (561) 922-9967 — during office hours the phone is faster than the form.

Do you take my insurance?

No. LifeBoost is a self-pay practice. Nothing here is billed through insurance, which is exactly why we put your price in writing at the results visit instead of sending a bill afterwards.

Can you tell me what it costs over the phone?

Not accurately, and we would rather not guess. What you pay depends on which protocol is indicated, and that is not known until your labs are back. You will have the number in writing at the results visit, before you commit to anything.

What should I bring to my first visit?

A list of the medications and supplements you take, with doses, and any recent lab work done elsewhere — bring it even if it is a year old, because it can save repeating a test. If there is a specific symptom you want addressed, write it down. Appointments move quickly and it is easy to leave without asking the thing you came in for.

This page is for general information and is not medical advice. Whether any treatment is appropriate for you is determined after evaluation and, where indicated, laboratory testing.
