Our story
Dr. Stratt opened LifeBoost in Boca Raton in 2014 with a straightforward idea: build a practice around science and evaluation rather than around a sales script. He had completed an age management medicine fellowship at the University of South Florida and is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and He had seen too much hormone and weight care prescribed off a questionnaire, without testing.
What he wanted instead was time to explain the options and treatment chosen for the individual patient. That is still the practice today. That is still the practice today: time to explain the options, and treatment only where it is indicated.
More than a decade on, it is still one office and still a small team. The same two providers see you each visit, and your history stays in one place. A practice this size can keep your history in one place, remember what your last panel showed, and answer the phone when you call.
The care model
Every patient here moves through the same sequence, whether they came in for hormones, weight or something else entirely. You will know what is wrong before anything is prescribed, and what it costs before you decide.
Symptoms, history, medications, what you have already tried. We finish by deciding which labs are actually worth running — and which ones you can skip.
A panel chosen for you, drawn here in the office. We also test for the other conditions that cause the same symptoms, so you are not treated for the wrong thing.
Your provider reads the panel with you, whether that happens at the office or on a call — not a PDF in your inbox, not a portal message. Dr. Stratt consults on your case and on what gets prescribed. You will know what is out of range, what it explains, and what treatment costs, in writing.
If treatment is indicated we start conservatively, re-test on a set schedule and adjust from there. Same office, same providers, and no refills that continue without re-testing.

What we do here
Everything here is done by the same two providers, at 7035 Beracasa Way.
How we are set up
LifeBoost does not bill insurance. There is no benefit check to wait on, no prior authorisation, and no explanation-of-benefits arriving months later with a number nobody warned you about. You pay the office directly.
What you get in return is a price quoted in writing at the results visit, before you decide anything, and a visit whose length is set by the medicine rather than by a billing code. It is also why we will tell you when treatment is not indicated — there is no reimbursement pushing us the other way.
We are at 7035 Beracasa Way, Suite 102, Boca Raton, FL 33433, open Monday to Friday from 10am to 4pm. Patients drive in from Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach, and once a protocol is stable the visits are infrequent enough that the trip is not the deciding factor.

No. LifeBoost is a two-provider practice, and your visits are with your provider. What Dr. Stratt does is supervise the medicine — he consults on your case and on what gets prescribed. When your results come back, your provider goes through the numbers with you — sometimes at the office, sometimes over the phone — rather than emailing you a lab PDF to interpret on your own.
No. LifeBoost is a self-pay practice. That is why you get your price in writing at the results visit, before you commit to anything — there is no benefit check to wait on, no prior authorisation, and no balance bill arriving three months later.
Two things: the testing and the office. Nothing is prescribed here until your labs are back. The consultation and the blood draw happen at one office in Boca Raton, and a member of the team talks the results through with you instead of emailing a PDF. A questionnaire followed by a shipped vial is a different product, and it should be priced and judged as one.
Yes. Patients come in from Delray Beach, Boynton Beach and Deerfield Beach. Once you are stable on a protocol the visits are infrequent, so the drive matters less than it sounds. We are open Monday to Friday, 10am to 4pm — call (561) 922-9967 and we will find a time.
