Who you will see

Dr. Stratt directs the medicine here. He or Gabrielle Janney, PA‑C sees you through it.

Dr. Stratt is the Medical Director — he decides what this office prescribes and consults on cases. Your appointments are with your provider. The part that matters to you is that both of them work off the same chart, in one practice.

Your provider

The clinician you actually sit with — for most wellness, hormone follow-up and aesthetic visits, that is Gabrielle Janney, PA-C. She takes the history, orders the panel and does the visits.

Where the two meet

At the results review. Your provider goes through your numbers with you — by phone or at the office — and Dr. Stratt consults on your case before anything is written. The two of them work in the same office, so that consult happens face to face.

Re-testing and dose changes stay with the same two people. The same two people know your history.

Dr. Stratt took a formal fellowship in age management medicine at the University of South Florida and has practised it full time ever since, moving to Florida to do it. He is a member of the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine, and he has been seeing patients at this address since 2014.

His own clinical work covers hormone replacement for men and women, medically supervised weight loss, platelet-rich plasma for hair, skin and sexual wellness, and orthopedic PRP and pain management, along with nutrition and nutraceutical support. As Medical Director he also consults on protocols he does not personally deliver — including the aesthetic work, which is Gabi's.

Gabi has spent close to ten years in clinical medicine. She studied at Penn State's Schreyer Honors College, went through the physician assistant program at Duke University, finished in the top ten per cent of her class and was inducted into the Pi Alpha Honor Society, then completed a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine at Children's National Hospital in Washington, DC.

Emergency medicine teaches you to take a history quickly and spot the result that doesn't fit. She handles wellness and aesthetic visits here — injectables, hormone and weight follow-up, and much of the day-to-day schedule. She is also Dr. Stratt's niece, which is how she came to look at the practice in the first place.

Fair questions

What patients ask about the team.

Will I see Dr. Stratt at every visit?

No, and it is better that you know that before you book. Dr. Stratt is the Medical Director: he sets the protocols this office uses and he consults on cases and on what gets prescribed. Your visits are with your provider. What does not change is that it is a two-provider practice at one address, so the person in front of you knows your history.

Who goes through my lab results with me?

Your provider does — sometimes at the Boca Raton office, sometimes over the phone. Either way you go through what is high, what is low and what it means for how you feel, with the panel in front of you. Dr. Stratt consults on the case and on what gets prescribed. Nothing is emailed to you as a PDF for you to interpret on your own.

Can I ask to see a particular provider?

Yes. Tell us when you book and we will schedule it that way. Gabi handles most wellness and aesthetic visits, including injectables. If your question is orthopedic, or you want a joint evaluated, say so on the phone and we will book you accordingly.

Is Gabrielle Janney related to Dr. Stratt?

She is his niece. She is also nationally certified, trained at Duke University's physician assistant program and spent nearly a decade in clinical medicine, including a fellowship in pediatric emergency medicine, before joining. Both things are true. The second is the reason she practises here.

Do you take insurance?

No. LifeBoost is self-pay, so there is no benefits check, no prior authorisation and no bill arriving months later from somebody you never met. Your price is put in writing before treatment begins, once we know what is actually indicated for you.
